Easter Family Packs - Day of Pick-Up
Details of Pick-up: Easter Sunday
HOT Pick-up: Schedule your pick-up time at your time of order, from 11 AM to 1 PM EST
Ordering Details:
You will order with a catering specialist via phone or email. All orders must be placed in advance by April 14th at 12 PM EST. All orders must be pre-paid to be confirmed.
Food/Menu Details: Easter Sunday meals are a HOT meal pick-up from 11 AM to 1 PM EST. The meal pack is $95 plus tax. You may add-on additional items, but we do not allow substitutions. The meal pack is recommended to feed 5 to 7 people. All food is served hot and in disposable containers.
Easter Ala Carte - Early Cold Pick-Ups

Cold Pick-up: Schedule your pick-up time at your time of order, for Thursday, April 17th or Friday, April 18th from 11 AM to 1 PM EST
Ordering Details:
You will order with a catering specialist via phone or email. All orders must be placed in advance by April 14th at 12 PM EST. All orders must be pre-paid to be confirmed. The catering specialist will be able to walk you through your order and help you figure out what you are needing to meet your specific group size. We can also provide reheating instructions should you need it.
Food/Menu Details: Our Easter Ala Carte Menu is an Early Easter Cold Pick-up menu that is offered Thursday, April 17th and Friday, April 18th from 11 AM to 1 PM EST. The items are priced individually plus tax. You may add-on additional items. All food is served in disposable containers and reheat instructions may be provided upon request.

Schnitzelbank Catering offers a variety of catering services and menu options all year long. Our March Madness menu is unique in the way you can order pick-up every day of the week HOT or COLD from 11 AM to 4 PM. We just request a 2 day advance order. There is no minimum order size and you can mix and match the menus. If you have trouble deciding what to order, our catering specialists are here to help!

Corporate Catering
Schnitzelbank Catering offers a variety of corporate catering options and we would love to cater your next event! Your group size is no concern to us, as we work with groups from smaller to large! Our catering specialists will discuss your event in full to detail to determine the best catering service solution we offer.
Our catering events can be booked with either limited notice or advanced notice. We will do our best to accommodate your business needs. We recommend reserving your event day as soon as you know a date, even if you are unsure of the menu.
In addition to the below March Madness Party Pack menu, we have our full menu available for ordering. We also offer the ability to customize a menu where you will work with our team to find a meal solution that exceeds your expectations. Should you also require a bar service, we offer beer, wine, and a full bar package.

Ordering:
Order with a Schnitzelbank Catering Specialist via phone or email. All orders must be placed at least two days in advance and MUST be booked by April 30th, 2025 to receive the promotional price of $9.95. The group size for the Corporate Party Pack must be a minimum of 10 people, there is no maximum. Your party must be booked during the months of January 2025 through April 2025.
Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply if you request add-ons, substitutions, or a specific catering service. All fees and a quote will be provided to you upfront when you book. We will review all event information with you at the time of your booking.

Catering Services
Pick-up Service
Our pick-up catering service gives you the ability to order from our full menu with no additional fees. We offer bulk meat, bulk sides, and more! There is no minimum or maximum. You will have the option to pick-up your food hot or warm. When working with your catering specialist they will review the portions of our food to the amount of people you are looking to feed, and schedule the date and time of your pick-up. The only thing we advise with this option is you will need to keep your food warm or cold yourself when choosing this option.
Drop-off Service
Our drop-off catering service is recommended for parties up to 50. Your food will be served in disposable pans. We provide disposable plates, silverware, and serving utensils. We will set up the line for you however you like. If you want to keep everything packaged, or have us unwrap the items and do a full-set up, we would be happy to. Our catering associate will work with your team members to ensure you have everything you need before they leave. If you have any special requests, please let your catering specialist know at the time of booking, and we will try our best to accommodate. Travel fees may apply with this service.
Delivery Service
Delivery catering service provides a full-service experience except your food is delivered in Cambros in our Schnitzelbank van. We will set up a buffet line with chafing dishes to keep the food hot. We will have a catering specialist on-site to refill food and drinks as needed. If requested, we will package all leftover food. You will work with a catering specialist when booking to accommodate any special requests you may have. Additional service fees and travel fees may apply.
Truck Service - Hot on the Spot!
‘Hot on the Spot!’ is exactly how it sounds. We have 4 mobile kitchens, allowing us to go nearly anywhere, and provide catering for nearly any size event! This option is recommended for parties over 75. Our catering team will set up a full buffet line with tablecloths, chafers, sternos, and a menu. We will cook on-site, replenish your buffet line and drinks as needed, package any leftovers if requested, and tear down the buffet line. Our catering specialist will work with you on menu selection, date and time availability of our mobile kitchen, and location specifications. Service fees and travel fees apply, and are subject to change. Boxed meals are subject to a service charge.
*We also have the ability to bring our mobile kitchens to public events. There is an option to set up a to-order serving line as well. If you would like to learn more about this option, please contact us for more information.

Between 11 AM - 4 PM EST (Monday, February 3rd to Monday, April 7th). All orders must be placed with at least 2 days advance notice, and scheduled with a pick-up time.
Order Placed:
All orders are not confirmed until they are pre-paid. Orders must be placed via phone or email. They can be paid for via credit card, cash, or check. When ordering you will confirm your date, time of pick-up, and if you would like your food HOT or COLD. If your food is a cold pick-up, reheating instructions will be provided.
Served:
Food is in disposable containers and served hot or cold depending on how it is ordered. Reheating instructions will be provided for food served cold.
