Catering Services
Pick-up Service
Our pick-up catering service gives you the ability to order from our full menu with no additional fees. We offer bulk meat, bulk sides, and more! There is no minimum or maximum. You will have the option to pick-up your food hot or warm. When working with your catering specialist they will review the portions of our food to the amount of people you are looking to feed, and schedule the date and time of your pick-up. The only thing we advise with this option is you will need to keep your food warm or cold yourself when choosing this option.
Drop-off Service
Our drop-off catering service is recommended for parties up to 50. Your food will be served in disposable pans. We provide disposable plates, silverware, and serving utensils. We will set up the line for you however you like. If you want to keep everything packaged, or have us unwrap the items and do a full-set up, we would be happy to. Our catering associate will work with your team members to ensure you have everything you need before they leave. If you have any special requests, please let your catering specialist know at the time of booking, and we will try our best to accommodate. Travel fees may apply with this service.
Delivery Service
Delivery catering service provides a full-service experience except your food is delivered in Cambros in our Schnitzelbank van. We will set up a buffet line with chafing dishes to keep the food hot. We will have a catering specialist on-site to refill food and drinks as needed. If requested, we will package all leftover food. You will work with a catering specialist when booking to accommodate any special requests you may have. Additional service fees and travel fees may apply.
Truck Service - Hot on the Spot!
‘Hot on the Spot!’ is exactly how it sounds. We have 4 mobile kitchens, allowing us to go nearly anywhere, and provide catering for nearly any size event! This option is recommended for parties over 75. Our catering team will set up a full buffet line with tablecloths, chafers, sternos, and a menu. We will cook on-site, replenish your buffet line and drinks as needed, package any leftovers if requested, and tear down the buffet line. Our catering specialist will work with you on menu selection, date and time availability of our mobile kitchen, and location specifications. Service fees and travel fees apply, and are subject to change. Boxed meals are subject to a service charge.
*We also have the ability to bring our mobile kitchens to public events. There is an option to set up a to-order serving line as well. If you would like to learn more about this option, please contact us for more information.

We have the unique ability to support local organizations and charities by partnering with those organizations during their fundraising efforts. Schnitzelbank Catering | Preferred Vendor Partnerships
JB’s Barnyard
Schnitzelbank Catering and JB’s Barnyard Ice Cream have a vendor partnership that allows our clients to work directly with our catering team at Schnitzelbank to choose a JB’s Barnyard package that fits best with their event. Clients will pay a $100 deposit, which includes a $50 service fee for utilizing JB’s Barnyard at the time of booking. Should you not cancel your order within 30 days of the event’s scheduled date, you will receive a $50 refund on your Schnitzelbank invoice.
JB’s Barnyard
will send you an invoice to collect the remaining amount due after your event. An estimated quote of products used will be provided during the time of booking.

About JB’s Barnyard | Handcrafted, Locally Made!
JB's Barnyard Ice Cream is handcrafted and locally made on Jared and Briley's land near Evansville, IN. Jared and Briley, the founders of JB's Barnyard, began making their own ice cream in 2023. JB's Barnyard now produces over 25 flavors of ice cream throughout the year! Our ice cream trucks can only hold about 15 flavors of ice cream, therefore, they rotate our flavors every few months! JB's Barnyard Ice Cream is some of the highest quality ice cream you can find on the market! Our ice cream is uniquely made with a 16% clean label butterfat ice cream mix.
Kingdom Grounds Coffee
Schnitzelbank Catering and
Kingdom Grounds Coffee have a vendor partnership that allows our clients to work directly with our catering team at
Schnitzelbank
to choose a
Kingdom Grounds Coffee package that fits best with their event. Clients will pay a $100 service fee deposit to
Schnitzelbank Catering. Should you not cancel your order within 30 days of the event’s scheduled date, you will receive a $50 refund on your
Schnitzelbank invoice.
Kingdom Grounds Coffee will send you an invoice for their Booking Fee, due upon booking with
Schnitzelbank Catering.
Kingdom Grounds Coffee will then collect a 20% Inventory Fee 1 week prior to your event. The remaining amount of dollars due will be collected within 24 hours after your event. An estimated quote will be provided during the time of booking.

Schnitzelbank Catering has been a caterer for 40+ years and has it down to a science. In addition to our catering service, we started out in the restaurant business and this is our 65th anniversary year! We offer a variety of catering services but when it comes to a wedding, we will customize our services to not only match but exceed the vision you have.
The process starts by meeting with our catering specialist in the beginning stage to ensure we have open availability on your date, so the sooner you know the better to reserve your date. We then discuss the details of your wedding. If you don’t have all of them right away, that’s okay! If you are still unsure of using us as a caterer, but want to save your date, we can schedule a tasting and still add you to our calendar. During the tasting we will allow you to try some of our most popular items. If you have any special requests or allergens, please let us know ahead of time. After you are finished tasting the food we will go more in depth with what you are looking for from a caterer and we will be sure to discuss your catering solution and start putting together a plan.
In addition to food, we have the ability to have a full service bar at your wedding or event! We provide beer, wine, and spirits! We have a nice variety of options to choose from and will try our best to bring in any special requests you may have. Some venues have vendor restrictions, but we are happy to help you navigate that process. As for payment, you have the option of an open bar, open bar to a limit, cash bar, or even a cash bar with credit card payments! We will customize the bar package and payment package based on your request.
Our business also has a few preferred vendors that we work with, and we would be happy to walk through adding those options to your event. This can add a unique addition to your event. If you have a specific add-on you are interested in like face-painting, permanent jewelry, or bounce houses; just let us know and we will work to find a preferred vendor that will meet your expectations for your event!
